Drift off into a land of lucidity and imagination, as Prier's latest release, “Dreaming of You” takes you beyond the realm of consciousness. The release is a childlike exploration of playful melodies and creative use of sampling, with cheeky high-pitched vocal cuts creating the feeling that we are guided through the EP by a race of mini-people. Undercurrents of Jazz and Hip Hop are bound together, with the percussion sounding flawless and natural throughout. To sum “Dreaming of You” up in a few words – it is clever, playful and experimental.
